Astec MP8 is now RoHS compliant
Due to customer requests and new part availability Astec’s MP8 is now available in a RoHS version. The lack of availability of a PFC Hybrid meant that previously Astec was unable to migrate this part to RoHS compliance. Astec originally planned that customers would use the new iMP8. However in some cases this meant an expensive re-qualification.
